Within our company, the Trainee will have the opportunity to experience a number of diverse assignments. He/She will be contributing towards achieving the deliverables of the respective host department while learning and experiencing rapid personal and professional development. He/She will receive individual coaching and regular feedback and participate in social networking events for professional and personal exchange with peers.

A typical trainee program lasts between 4 to 6 months with regular coaching/evaluation sessions, after which a permanent job offer may be submitted, depending on the performance.
