Partner Sales Manager
He/She will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/She will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, justifying those to plans to the upper management. The Partner Sales Manager is result driven.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Liaising with our marketing team to elaborate on potential sales wins.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Entrepreneur by spirit, Salesman by nature,
- Fitted with the customer empathy driving a strong business acumen,
- A forward looking spirit, able to distinguish and set trade-offs between the short and long term requirements.
- Master’s degree in Business from a leading institution; MBA from top business schools preferred
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Previous experience selling services to industry, consistently meeting or exceeding the sales targets
- A team player, capable to work from different locations, keeps focus, and task oriented.
- Abel to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High work ethics, dedication, and commitment to the company.
The candidate must bust be Swiss resident, expected to travel to meet customers
